Racine County’s First and Only Distillery
We are a family-owned and operated microdistillery nestled on Main Street in the heart of Waterford, Wisconsin. Our journey began in 2010 when we planted roots in this vibrant community and quickly became engaged with local volunteer organizations and events.
In March 2020, just before the world changed, we obtained our state and federal permits to distill. Adapting to the times, we pivoted to producing and distributing hand sanitizer to support our neighbors and businesses while simultaneously restoring our historic 100-year-old building.
In July 2021, we proudly unlocked our doors as Racine County’s first and only distillery since Prohibition. Since then, our artisanal spirits have gained recognition in esteemed international competitions, while our distillery has blossomed beyond our wildest dreams. None of this would have been possible without the steadfast support of our cherished family, friends, dedicated employees, and the wonderful guests who grace our doors each day.

Bourbon
Our take on the Official American Spirit embodies the terroir of the Upper Midwest.
It is approachable for those beginning their foray into Bourbon and enjoyable for those that are well-versed in the flavors of this popular style of whiskey.
Our unique mash bill is distilled by the renowned 45th Parallel Distillery in New Richmond, Wisconsin. It is aged in 15-gallon barrels made by a family-owned cooperage located in Park Rapids, MN. We oversee the aging process and bottle it when it meets our standards for taste and quality.
The typical age of our Bourbon ranges from 20 to 28 months.
We release our Bourbon one barrel at a time, and it is non-chill filtered and bottled at the optimal proof.
Each barrel yields approximately (150) 375 ml bottles, and they are available for purchase in limited releases.
Our guests enjoy this spirit neat or on the rocks due to its exceptional flavor. It can also be enjoyed in your favorite cocktails.
Vodka
Our Premium Vodka starts as 190-proof Grain Neutral Spirits distilled at least 5 times.
We redistill the Neutral Spirits on our 26-gallon column still and then filter it through a 5-foot stainless steel column filled with fresh activated charcoal. This produces a pure and crisp spirit with a hint of sweetness imparted by the corn from which it is distilled.
We spend one day distilling, a second day filtering and a third day bottling. Each batch yields approximately 40 bottles, and they are filled two at a time. This is one of the reasons that we confidently call ourselves a microdistillery, and we are certain that you will taste the difference.
Our guests enjoy this spirit neat or on the rocks due to its purity, but it can also be enjoyed in your favorite cocktails.
Lemon Vodka
Try our unique, flavorful and refreshing spirit. Made with fresh lemon peels for a bright flavor.
With simplicity and uncompromising quality in mind, we packed the column of our 26 gallon still with fresh lemon peels and ran our signature Vodka through them to produce this flavorful and refreshing spirit. No sugar or artificial flavors were added, just the pure essence of this refreshing citrus fruit. Enjoy it splashed over ice or in a cocktail of your creation!

Barrel-Finished Vodka
Our award-winning Vodka was placed in our used Bourbon barrel for over a year.
The result is a clean and crisp spirit with hints of caramel oak and smoke.
New American Gin
This smooth and sophisticated flavor of our Gin makes it a versatile cocktail ingredient as well as an exciting olfactory and gustatory experience when sipped neat or on the rocks.
Our distillers did their due diligence in crafting a botanical build that produces a bouquet of flavors including citrus and delicate notes of hibiscus to balance and complement the distinctive taste of juniper.
Whether you are a Gin connoisseur or someone trying it for the first time, we’re confident that you’ll appreciate all that this spirit has to offer.
Light Whiskey
Created in 1968 to compete with imported Whiskey and Vodka, we were intrigued by the possibility of resurrecting this little-known type of Whiskey.
Distilled from a 100% corn mash bill to 179 proof at Eagle Park Distillery and aged in our spent Bourbon barrels, this whiskey was bottled at 80 proof and is delightfully sweet and very smooth.
Our Light Whiskey has won a gold medal, Best of Class, and Best American Craft Whiskey from Craft Distillers Spirits Competition.
Honey Simple Syrup
Elevate your home bar with our small batch handcrafted simple syrup.
This is one of the main ingredients in our very popular Gold Rush cocktail, and now, you can take it home with you to craft your own cocktails. You can also add it to tea or use it for cooking and baking. We are proud to use Waterford Bee’s raw, local honey (LOTS of it).
Jalapeño Simple Syrup
Elevate your home kitchen by using our all-natural, no preservatives simple syrups
This is one of the main ingredients in our popular Jalapeño Lime Martini and Em-V (Jalapeño Lime Mule). Now, you can take the simple syrup home to craft your cocktails!

Distillery Experiences
Looking for a fun way to celebrate birthdays, retirement, bachelor or bachelorette parties? Schedule a Bottle Your Own Spirits event or join us for a distillery tour, where our award-winning spirits are made. Tours are $20, available on Wednesdays and Fridays at 5pm, and include one complimentary drink! Please email us to schedule your tour. Bottle Your Own Events are scheduled as needed.
The Waterford Stillhouse Bourbon Society is the first and only Bourbon club in Waterford, WI offering an exclusive and elevated experience for Bourbon enthusiasts.

We stopped by because a friend told us about their amazing Bourbon. We were not disappointed. It’s a really cozy spot with lots of outdoor seating. Nice merchandise and really down to earth people. The drinks were really really good. The Purple went down a little too easily in a good way. Their Bourbon was really smooth. If you can get a bottle, grab it, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely go back for more in the near future.
